We focus our activities on German-speaking Switzerland. Below you will find an overview of selected projects.
AU VERDE
In a slightly elevated setting above Lake Zurich, we are building 3 apartment houses with a total of 17 condominiums. The idyllic location with an orchard along the Zopfbach creek makes our development a dream for nature lovers who value the comfort of a sustainable new build. The Six Aeugst
Right next to the agricultural zone we are building 6 semi-detached family homes with a shared underground garage. The view is unobstructed and every house comes with its own land parcel — the room you need to bring your ideas to life. Only 20 minutes from Zug and 30 minutes from downtown Zurich. Friedau
At Hauptstrasse 99 in 4853 Murgenthal we breathed new life into the residential and commercial building "Friedau". Renovating the building envelope prepared the property for another lifecycle.
Ilgenhof
At Ilgenstrasse 30 and 32 in 9000 St. Gallen we built 22 rental apartments to a premium finish. Residents of the Minergie buildings benefit from rooftop solar power and CO2-neutral operation.
Wasserstern
At Wasserwerkstrasse 3 & 5 and Sternenstrasse 8 in 8590 Romanshorn we acquired three apartment buildings into our portfolio. A major renovation cycle is currently being planned.
Altstetten
Replacement new build as a hybrid of timber and recycled concrete.
